TABAWA

Unfiltered wines from Myanmar's soils

Sourced from the sun-drenched Shan State highlands and monsoon-misted coastal plains of Mon State. We bottle the honest sediment of the land to preserve its true agricultural heritage.

Two Worlds

Highland sun meets monsoon-misted clay.

Our bottles capture the raw tension between the temperate Shan plateau and the tropical coast of Mon State. These two distinct microclimates are unified by our commitment to minimal-intervention winemaking.

Our Craft

Wild fermentation, honest sediment

We do not filter out the character of the land. By allowing wild yeasts to drive the fermentation, we preserve the natural texture and raw heritage of Myanmar viticulture.

Every bottle rests on its native lees, carrying the true weight of the season's harvest without chemical correction or synthetic additives.
